The repair took almost 5 weeks. For the first 2 weeks, I had to call to request updates on the car. The only pleasant and respectful response was from the female admin. The other interactions including yelling and hanging up the phone on me.

There was some artifacts in the paint on the front bumper. There is orange peel in the rear bumper. The rear bumper is alignment is off. The rear drivers side tire is still damaged from where the guy hit the parked car.
