This shop is not located near me or anyone I know. The only reason I utilized that shop was due to it's proximity to where my accident occured and I did not want to incur any additional towing costs to have my vehicle moved to a closer shop

I would have rated the repairs a 10/10, except my windshield sprayers don't work now. Seems the parts used are not functional and are merely "placeholder parts". My true rating is actually a 9.9/10 given this minor issue however that is not an available option

My only issue with the customer service was that I received a message stating "your vehicle is scheduled to be ready on (date). If there are any delays we will contact you" however when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, despite not recieving any notification of any delays I was told "we will call you when it's ready". Minor miscommunication however it still cost me an Uber trip there and back home

Beautiful work. Adjuster onsite, and shuttle pickup and return for car rental made the process super easy.
