Brock Evans was Customer Service rep. he did a thorough job of explaining all the aspects of our repair quote and worked with our insurance to help complete the process. Repair work was done in a very timely manner and the car looks great. You cannot see where any damage may have occurred. All around it was a great experience and everyone was very professional.

Excellent service! Not only was my car in great condition and repaired well they took care and shuttling me to the rental car agency! When there was a hiccup, they were on top of it, reaching out to whoever they needed to fix the dilemma! Great personal service. Very satisfied most definitely will go back if need be. Highly recommend.

Compared to the other shops I visited, Superior stands out. Everything went so smoothly in the repair process and the staff were friendly and engaging. Their ability to start work on my car within a week of getting the initial quote was amazing. Other shops had told me I would wait 2+ months. None of the other shops explained the work they would have to do or asked if I had any questions, but rushed me through as though they had better things to do.

Juan and Brock were very personable and helpful! They helped expain the repair process, worked through payment questions, and kept me updated through the repair. Service here was much better than any of the several shops I visited when getting quotes. The excellent impression they gave the first day remained constant through the whole experience.
