While getting assurances that this shop was a Tesla capable (not approved) repair facility, with the Allstate guarantee for the repairs, the fact remains. This is NOT a Tesla approved shop.

George, no last name, was responsive. His shop was not. He would answer the phone while available but the voice system would advise the caller that there was no one to answer. During business hours. This was very frustrating
