The guys at SuperL were friendly and helpful when we called. Our complaint is that we had to call them to get an update on the promised timeline - they never called us to tell us what was going on with our repair.

So far, I'm happy with the auto body work that needed to be done to my car, after my car accident. I just don't know everything that needed to be done. I did get a receipt of the work that was done but I don't understand anything about auto body work that gets done on cars. I do wish they could just explain what type of work that was done. Otherwise, Ernie is really nice & Superl Auto Body Shop always does a good job on fixing my car, whenever it's needed.
