Mr. Jeff was absolutely amazing ,his customer service was above and beyond excellent. I have not had a car accident in over 15 years and I extremely nervous about the unknown. He walked me through the process step by step and called me throughout the process with updates. He advocated for the best parts despite my insurance company attempts to cut corners with used parts. The work was truly amazing I feel like my car is brand new. Superstar Collison you have definitely lived up to your name!!

Jeff was very helpful and gave me updates on the progress of my vehicles completion date anytime there were changes.
