Almost a 10 but not quite. Everything from coordinating with insurance and talking to Cypress Auto Repair to fund the repairs to help with coordinating with enterprise for the rental car, the whole process was super smooth and stress free.

Almost a perfect repair job except for a minor detail that I noticed a few days later. The driver side door part that was damaged is only a bit misaligned with the rest of the car when you look at it from two specific angles.

Everything was perfect in this case from the way Mr.Moon helped me with coordinating how Cypress Auto Repair was going to pay whether out of pocket or with insurance, setting up time to inspect the car and take pictures, assisting me with car rental from enterprise, and keeping me up to date with the repair job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will come back for additional body work that my car still needs.
