Great friendly staff. They kept me up to date with repairs on a daily basis and I always know when the car was going to be ready for pick-up. The car looked like new and was clean when I pick it up. Which was earlier than initially expected.

Tony and John were my primary points of contact and they had impeccable customer service, they communicated updates often, they went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and confident in the quality and care of the auto service and their collaboration around my auto claim. I've been to Susi twice after auto accidents and each time have had a great experience. The staff behind the front desk are really great as well.
