When i got my car back, my car air freshener on my vent was broken. But they cleaned my car and everything so i think overall they did a fantastic job

Great experience overall. Only feedback is I had some conflicting information about when i can pick up my car (person at the front told me i can pick it up within a week, but then i got a call saying i need to pick it up asap) But they were very fast and nice overall.

It’s took a month to fix my car. They left tape on the roof and the adhesive is stuck on there now. The left rear reflector has fallen off on the bumper they replaced already. And my car shakes now when I drive it.

The staff is polite and great. But ultimately the repairs were a pain in the ass.

Dissatisfied. Had to point out multiple issues in the repair, there was broken glass all over the vehicle, and there are imperfections in the paint. The saving grace is that the staff at Glenville is always positive polite and helpful… but the job should’ve been done right.
