My car got side swiped by a semi-trailer, the tire mark, the mirror facing other direction, the big dent on my fender, the begging of my bumper all messed up and scratches on my tire and Liberty mutual can’t determined that I wasn’t at fault, according to my claim representative she still waiting on a police report which been a whole month already and I have to pay 500 deductible to get my car back after I pay Liberty mutual almost 600 monthly

When I was told to pick up my car, I arrived to see that the work was only 1/2 done. Mistakes happen, so as long as it gets fixed, that's fine. What concerns me is the two different narratives I'm getting from the insurance company and the shop doing the work.

Customer service was fine. I only interacted with them a few times. They called me when car was done a couple times but it was already communicated to them when I could actually pick up car so I don’t know where disconnect happened.
