Stephen was great and communicated with me regularly. The girl at the front desk was not as friendly. I always felt like I was putting her out and all I did was drop off the car and ick it up. She never smiled and barely spoke.

The work done was fantastic and the mechanics I interacted with were great. However, the front desk girl, Taylor, was frankly a nightmare to work with. She never had a clue what was going on. As an example, when scheduling my appointment she told me what day and time to drop off my car. I drop off my car at that time and an hour later she calls me and asks why I dropped off my car. She was unfortunately the main point of contact at all times and I felt completely in the dark about what was happening. She also tried to charge me my deductible and I had to have AAA step in and tell her the deductible is waived for a second time.
