The repair itself was almost flawless. The CCA had a couple of bubbles from installation on the bottom of the bumper and it appears that the module to control our garage door that is located on the bumper may have not been plugged in or installed, because this feature no longer works. That’s the repair side of things. The service side of things was miserable. Aside from Lori doing her best, we had you guys push the date back three times, lose our key, and allegedly damage our mirror cover and put a large scratch on our DS rear fender by the trunk. Communication was ok, repair was ok, but almost everything else was probably the most annoying series of events I’ve ever had take place with a personal vehicle. After this experience, I would have a very hard time trusting Swickard with my vehicle in the future

You estimate do not reflect to the service you provided. But still the cost do not changed. You do not do any painting as you estimate The right head lamp was not changed but still the cost reflected.
