The repairs look great and the front bumper of the car looks like new. The only issue I have is the reason the front license plate holder was not reattached after the repairs were finished. I'd like to come back in this week and get that addressed at no extra cost.

Wasn’t completely satisfied with how the bumper fit. Lines are a little off. If there was more work that needed to be done I would’ve appreciated a call to see if I wanted to pay for extra out of pocket so everything looks how it’s supposed to

The repair was great! Staff friendly, professional anf helpful. Only minor issue was i was quoted that the repair woul take 3-4 days and it took 8 days (monday to monday) i chose not to get a rental car because of the 3-4 day quote. If i had known it would take a week, i would have gotten a rental car.

The service was great it appears! I appreciate how friendly and helpful the team there was with my situation being station in the Army here and have been in Fairbanks for drop off and pick up. So grateful. Work on the car was wonderful, looks like nothing ever happened. The thing I’m uncertain on is a clip on the hood dislocated that wasn’t before and how the hood and bumper sit, along with a cut in my rear seat. I was not present to do inspection before and after so I can’t get upset entirely as I’m just grateful the service and repair was done with my situation.
