I asked if the body shop was capable of pulling out a bent rear bumper that was not part of the insurance repairs but explained that I would pay for it. He estimator assured me that they could do it and had a special tool to pull it out and it wouldn't take the guys no time. It didn't get pulled like he said it. Very disappointed.
