Communication is lacking. I was supposed to get a call to confirm ordered parts were in so I was good to drop off the car. I dropped off the car on the date agreed. I called the next day to confirm work was being completed. I was told it would take Tuesday to Thursday rondo the repair. I had to call Thursday to follow up. My car was not ready until Friday end of day. I got a call at 4:15 to come get it any 5:30.
