10 - Patrick was great advocating for me with my incompetent State Farm insurance. Thanks to Patrick State Farm had to amend claim to reflect the correct supplemental assessments. Patrick was able to locate and had delivered a discontinued back door window glass. And had my car detail in the interior due to vandalism.

Dropped off my vehicle a week before Thanksgiving and got my rear end & bumper replaced and fixed within 2 weeks! They even updated me with what extra parts they ordered and the status of the repairs. I received The car back and they performed a complimentary detail and car wash!

End product is great but it took a month longer than planned. I expected that but they didn’t even start it for over a week after we dropped it, even after I called the morning to make sure they were ready for it. I would have saved myself a week of rental car and not dropped it off so soon.

Lack of communication with repairs and status of vehicle. Was calling multiple times after 1.5 months and leaving voicemails. Only once I got my insurance involved was communication better and felt car was moving quicker.

Laurie gave me excellent customer service kept me up-to-date. What was going on and called for the rental company to come pick me up and also allowed me to leave the car there so that the rental company could pick it up from you guys. I greatly appreciate the service cycle and will return if I further need any assistance with bodywork repairs on my car.
