What was going on and called for the rental company to come pick me up and also allowed me to leave the car there so that the rental company could pick it up from you guys. I greatly appreciate the service cycle and will return if I further need any assistance with bodywork repairs on my car.

For the first half of the time my vehicle was in their care, I had basically no updates from the business. I called to check on my car the day I was told it would be ready to be picked up and was then told they would be needing to keep it another few weeks. Then my case was transferred to another women, who gave me regular updates.

The car looks amazing, but communication with the insurance company related to estimates was poor. It also ended up taking 3 1/2 months. Very happy with the work done though.
