What a fantastic experience! I picked up my truck from the repair shop, and while there was some initial confusion on the part of the carrier, the team in Anchorage was absolutely amazing. They followed through on everything from start to finish, and to top it all off, they even got my vehicle back to me ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

As far as I can tell, the work looks good. It was repaired correctly. If I did have to make any other comment, it would be that I did not appreciate the fact that when I was originally supposed to have my car repaired in April, I wasn’t made aware until the day before I was supposed to drop it off at the part that was needed was not there and then I didn’t hear from anybody from April until July That I wouldn’t be able to bring my car again until September. I understand that things get lost in the shuffle and bookings can go out months, but communication would’ve been nice.
