As far as the finished repair, my son was very pleased. Unfortunately the length of time to repair it was very long and my son was without a vehicle for almost 3 months.

Well, it took six months to get it repaired, but that was not the staff’s fault. Parts were back ordered. Patrick did everything he could to keep me informed and keep the job going.

64 days the shop had my truck - with no updates or calls unless I called and was continuously told was in shop or equipment broken etc. No contact to inform me what was going on. I would have come and got my truck and brought it back when ready to go into shop. This caused an undue hardship on transportation. The accident was in January so when I brought my truck in on April 22 it was because all parts were ordered. Not the case states couldn’t find the exact running board so ordered a plastic one and only one so they would not match. Finally got truck and new window deflectors were installed on passenger side and instead of spending 10 minutes to match the other side they left them in the truck. My husband did talk to manager and our deductible was paid which I am thankful for but very disappointed in communication. The paint job is very nice and I am happy with that . Definitely need to work on communication and customer service
