Excellent service. Completed front end body damage in a couple days. Provided a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. Surprisingly my car was washed and the interior was vacuumed! Loved that!

1-the entire body shop staff was courteous and very efficient. 2-only 50% of me was expecting a successful color match because the vehicle is not a Chevrolet, but a Toyota and it is silver, making it doubly hard to match the paint and because they were painting just one panel which makes it that much harder without doing any blending. the painter did a very nice job. 3-the courtesy vehicle was also a big determining factor with bringing our vehicle to your repair facility. Since my wife’s Toyota sport utility vehicle is pushing 90,000 miles I thought this might be a nice opportunity for her to use a trailblazer courtesy vehicle as a test drive for a comparable Chevrolet.

I was treated very courteous Lee, your people were nice enough to give us a courtesy car, which was almost new and similar to the car we had being repaired so we use it as an opportunity to test drive for two days. The color match was great which I did not expect because you are a Chevy dealership and we brought your Toyota and it was a difficult color and it was panel painted correctly and did not have to be blended which saved everyone a lot of money and time except for the painter. the entire process was seamless and I feel that American family insurance is very lucky to have a good quality shop like a Symdon motors as part of their direct repair program.
