In the past I was extremely satisfied with your body shop my last visit they (ladies in the body shop office were somewhat condescending a couple other people have told me the same thing) when you break a windshield and then don’t say anything and when I confronted them they did not deny it in fact said they would fix it right away took 3 weeks for that to happen . Also they did not do a full inspection of damages and had to bring it back. Your previous people were a lot more friendly and thourgh. I think your sales force is great Arron has always been very helpful

When I stopped to pick up car, it still had all sorts of adhesive on the repaired area. They obliged and cleaned up but resulted in an extra trip for me. From Hollandale back to Mt Horeb. Staff was all great. Thanks.

The outside work on the car was great. Having a loaner car was very helpful. The detailing was not done until I highly complained to the office manager at the main building. Then I had to bring the car back wasting my whole day running back and forth to the shop for them to clean the outside and the inside, I have before pictures of how filthy it was. As for the blond woman employee at the repair shop... I would recommend that she attend customer care classes. I asked her about the detail work and the outside of the car and she said..."its not that bad is it? We are 3 people short and we are trying to make it work. The detailer lady is having surgery and we don't know how long she will be out." Lying and then giving too much information on other employees. Plus all the office staff told me when I originally brought it in for estimate that my insurance company was not very good...that they were really looking out for their "nickles" but its no fault of my own and that I cant help that. My question is why call me and have me pick it up when its not completely done? When I did do the finale pick up the shop woman said "it might still have some white powder on it and that really we don't do professional cleaning on the cars". I am just amazed at the change from when I brought my Chevy Tracker in a few years back for body repair. It was excellent service and that is why I returned. I highly doubt I will ever now. The whole experience of the car accident and then the service at Symdon body shop is so stressful.
