Failed to call correct phone number when vehicle work was done which was provided on paperwork.. Then, accusing me of smoking in the loaner vehicle which did not happen. When I picked up The loaner vehicle it was very dirty inside. Now they're trying to charge me $300.

I had a great experience. The coordination between departments was seamless. I had collision, tires and an oil change. The technician kept me apprised of the progress, and made it possible for me to pick it up before the weekend. Thanks for everything!
