Claudia and Amy (I believe that was her name) were both extremely helpful from beginning to end result. Overall, I felt a much more personal experience with Tag Collision compared to Calliber Collision. I would without hesitation use Claudia as a future reference!

Everyone whom I had contact with, was very nice, professional and informative. Claudia was especially nice and courteous, and was very clear in describing the whole process so that I didn't even have any questions after her doing so. She was extremely prompt in providing me updates as the status of the repairs and process. I am very satisfied with the work she and the rest of the Tag crew provided.

Went above and beyond by doing a great job replacing the parts and it was completed before the timeframe they quoted me. Fantastic job all around on my truck. They even offered to order me a part of the bed liner that had popped off due to the collision that wasn't on the original estimate. I let them know the clips has been snapped off when I got hit and said I'd just get some double sided adhesive to fix it myself and Myra insisted on ordering a new part for it instead. Very kind thing to do. 10/10 in my book.
