I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Troy. He is a great employee who is friendly, personable, professional, detailed oriented. He went above and beyond to provide the very best service for me. Sabrina also kept me informed as to what was going on with my car and meticulously oversaw that it was going to come out looking brand new. It was done very well and I’m extremely satisfied. The entire process with TAG, from estimate to completed work, was well done. Everything was explained, clearly and completely at every step. I was particularly impressed with Sabrina, who was the coordinator and who kept me informed about the progress of the job. She was super conscientious and personable and never failed to respond quickly to any questions I had. She's a real pro. The technicians who did the actual work were also very skilled and I was completely happy with the results - 'like it never happened!' I couldn't be more pleased with TAG, from both the service and the results I received.
