Would go to 10 but holiday backup made it take longer than expected. Thought drop off time would be sooner initially. Other than that it was all good.

They did the job and went above and beyond w communication. The only thing I noticed was a new dent w white paint on opposite side of car that looked like it must have been a ding from a car opening into it after the clean and shine job, possibly on their site. So somewhere between the shops it got dinged lightly but service was over at that point and when I got it home there was nothing I could say. Otherwise all else was great. Top service and customer care. Thanks!

The estimator, Troy Rey (for the body shop) did an excellent job in every aspect. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of what happened to the car and how the repair would go thru a hierarchical decision tree. Example, patch the hole in the bumper if possible or replace it. The finished car looked substantially better than before the accident.

Troy at the Carlsbad location I first contacted and Sabrina at the San Marcos location were both very knowledgeable, personable, affable, attentive, and professional. They were truly a joy to work with - via text, email, and in person.

End result of my Honda CRV is great. There were a few details with the paint that were overlooked. However upon inspection Troy is going to resolve the problems. Maybe a closer inspection after the work is completed would have caught the issues. Overall I have no complaint and I am completely satisfied with Tag Collision.

From the start communications from Troy and Sabrina were excellent. Troy was extremely helpful with information regarding renting a car and numerous details the insurance company doesn’t mention. I received updates from Sabrina weekly and sometimes 2ce a week on my car’s status. It took 52 days to repair and rebuild my car due to the shortage of parts (Due to Covid) .
