Everything was done on time. The quality of the repair work was excellent! Communication throughout the process was very thorough. Sabrina really takes pride in her job. And she went above and beyond for me. I won’t say these businesses that operate at this level are rare these days, but they not the norm. It takes a lot of people being dedicated to customer satisfaction to operate at Tag’s level. A shout out to Lorenzo and the entire Tag team for another job well done (my 2nd time using Tag).

From the first moment that I contacted TAG, to the very last moment when I picked up my vehicle, there was nothing less than perfection, respect, kindness, compassion, and accurate information provided daily. TAG did a fantastic job on my vehicle! They were complete, extremely detailed in their work, and my Lexus looks like new. This is a prime example of how "it should be done". The employees there work together as a team who really do get the job done, with courtesy and respect for each other. My experience was top notch! I hope I never need to have another vehicle repaired from a collision, but if I ever do, TAG will be my first phone call. An extra special, and hopefully loud "thank you" goes out to Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to ensure a great experience, all the way around. I believe that Sabrina is the glue that holds things together, even when tough days happen. I was fortunate enough to see Sabrina's multi-tasking at its best! Kudos to all TAG employees, with an extra thank you to Ms. Sabrina. And Lorenzo followed through with all the excellent care he gave my case, every time we spoke. I can't think of one thing I would change! I am most appreciative...

TAG does excellent work. And, the way they treat their customers is exceptional. From the moment of the first phone call, to the end of the almost 3 week journey, I have nothing but praise for all employees and for the quality of their work. My vehicle looks and feels terrific. I haven't driven it enough, since picking it up on January 2nd, to notice any problems. I don't anticipate any popping up, either. Thank you TAG for being great in so many ways. And, thank you for having such wonderful employees!! If I had my own business, I would clone Sabrina and have her running the core of the company. The mechanics and repairmen do their thing. The technicians do theirs. Then, we have Sabrina and the other people who help her when she's out. Over-the-top professional, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and well-educated. To say I was impressed from the beginning to end, would be an understatement. THANK YOU for giving me a reason to refer others who may need repairs for their vehicles!!
