I do not like the service. 1) they purchased duplicate parts without my consent. 2) inspection is poor, that cause me hold my car for 2 extra weeks, 3) they don't give loaners car. So I will always choose body shop who provide loaners car. 4) I will always choose body shop which provide originalb parts. At least they should tell customer so would have contested with my insurance company for not using original parts

There's a slight buckle in the front bumper, the left housing of the rear tail light is blemish, and every time I close the rear swing gate, it rattles!

Given wrong estimate of time to completion, almost impossible to get ahold of shop. Had to call other department and have someone walk over to body shop to talk to them. Their shuttle service was 10/10 but everything else was awful.

One of the screws holding rear bumper that needed to be changed was lying in the boot. I screwed it on myself. This was probably minor error for a minor non- critical repair for an old car. But sows doubt about trusting with major critical repairs...I hope quality check process is improved. Two other screws below the above major one are not screwed in and missing !!! Thank you.
