Tamaroff Collision, being an insurance adjuster for my insurance company made the transaction pretty seamless. They evaluated the damage, ordered the parts and then called me in to bring my vehicle. Having the ability to handle the blame from adjusting to repair gives the owner confidence the job will be completed in a timely manner. Thanks the job was completed a few days earlier that projected.

I do not like the service. 1) they purchased duplicate parts without my consent. 2) inspection is poor, that cause me hold my car for 2 extra weeks, 3) they don't give loaners car. So I will always choose body shop who provide loaners car. 4) I will always choose body shop which provide originalb parts. At least they should tell customer so would have contested with my insurance company for not using original parts
