This is Michele Gerken and I am the owner of the Nissan Rogue that was repaired. Michael Vredevoogd is my husband and the first name listed on our insurance policy. Dave Freed provided a damage estimate for me, scheduled and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I just picked up the vehicle this afternoon, but it looks great. When I drove the Rogue home, it performed well and I didn’t have any issues. I am very satisfied so far.

Dave the service advisor was amazing. He’s a shining star and genuinely so nice. He reached out to us during the process and when we picked up the vehicle and reviewed the repairs. I hope we never have to come back lol but if we do we will know the vehicle will be fixed right. Thank you so much.

I think they could have done a slightly better job aligning the new lift gate. I spoke with them and they are happy to make this correction. Dave the service advisor was outstanding.

I am very happy with the service I received at Tamaroff Collision. Not only were my repairs completed sooner than expected, but my car was cleaned inside and out. I also appreciated how they waited for me a little past closing, because I was stuck in traffic.
