No one explain what have been repaired. No one tell me anything about the repairs. The front desk clerk was not friendly at all . She acted as she was doing me a favor . Rude . I ask her if the papers she handed to me was the receipt? She said that what I pull from the file .All I want to know was yes or no . The first time I came in to see if my car was there yet . She was behaving the same way . I as her if my car was there yet . She didn't respond . She just totally ignored me . My wife asked her the same question , she responded quickly . She said we got the order . Now how am I supposed to take that kind of respond. My wife is a white woman and I am eastern Indian . Now you want to know how satisfied I am . Hell no not even close to the satisfied . She handed me the key and said the car is by the fan . I said thank you . Not even a single one of them said thank you . No one tell me what , what . Many , many other businesses would have said thank you for your business. The worst part was my car was full of dust . Smell bad . Screws all over the seats . I have to take it to details shop .

The quality of the repair was excellent. The time required for the repairs was surprisingly short. And the daily report that I received on the progress of the repairs, along with meeting the proposed time schedule was greatly appreciated.
