Expecting someone there when I picked up the car to look over repairs and rest of car to be sure it was done to my satisfaction. Check in seemed to be so thorough, check out not so much.

My headrest had a tear once I got car back. A piece of my car flew off as I was driving on freeway. Remote car starter does not consistently work. Glass debris was still on seat, floor, and middle console. Tires were not properly inflated..as dashboard displayed as soon as I left repair shop...more issues can be discussed

Representatives at the shop were not welcoming at all.. Getting information from them should be easy even if i call twice asking for a similar issue. Seemed like they did a big favor to me by repairing my car. Only thing that will hold me back from coming back to tamaroff is customer service.
