While the repair was done in a timely fashion, it was not completed correctly. My tailgate was not flush at all, and I was told that it was "fine". When I refused to take the vehicle until they fixed it, they finally fixed it correctly.

Over the phone a couple of the staff there were great, but in person they were very gruff and claimed that my repair was fine even though it was poor quality.

They did a great job on the body work but there was a mechanical engine related device that was just reset and I had to bring the vehicle back in the next day to have it taken care of. Thanks to Dave and Doug who took good care of me during this process
