Repair to the edge guard ( unnecessarily expensive) was poorly done & requires an additional trip to the shop. No repairs were done on the defective internal microphone, due to the service department decision that there was no problem, but now requires the ordering of the part & a second visit, poor listening skills rate 1. The body shop repair due to front bumper damage was successful & service notices during the process was superb, a 10.
