I was very disappointed with the timeliness and lack of consideration for vehicle safety and storage. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after informing when and what time, the battery was dead (new battery). The passenger door was left open for 4 days. There was an office employee parked beside my car and they did not care enough to notice. I was very disappointed after waiting 3 weeks for my car. No one cared to.secure my vehicle. No apology offered just we have cameras. That negligence could have caused me a lot more more and stress. I get my vehicle serviced at Tameron and chose to have it repaired there because of the quality and standards that Tameron claims. My car may be 12 years old, however it still has significant value to me. Even though I emailed and called to inform about pick day and time confirmation, no one cared to check to make sure my vehicle was okay and secured. I should not have had to discover this negligence myself.

The truck was very well repaired. Bo contacted me weekly to give me updates. But couldn’t be happier with someone’s work . If they didn’t get a part that was right , they waited for the right part to replace it. Good to know no corners were cut to get job done quicker or trying to make more cost effective. Glad they were e on your list of repair shops.
