I was very satisfied with everything that the Tameron Body Shop did to repair the collision damage that was done to my 2016 Pilot. I had been told, however, that they would also correct a gouged mark on the hood from another unrelated incident at no cost, but this correction did not get done. That does not take away from the repairs that the vehicle was brought in for being done very satisfactorily, but it would have been nice to have the other work done while it was in for the other repairs.

Did not know why it was taking so long until I called. Then, I'd finally get Travelers, and they'd give me update and say hopefully in next few days or by end of week. This went on for 3 weeks
