Not only do I not recommend them, but I go out of my way to warn people when they have car troubles that they should avoid Tanksley's. I would recommend their competitor, Collision Connection, based on experience. Their reviews speak for themselves. Save yourself the headache, this is NOT the Tanksley's that people have always loved, don't be fooled into otherwise.

The vehicle had to be returned a second time due to incomplete work and additional damage (new dents, scratches, chipped paint, scratched glass, and other small damage that shouldn't have ever been there.) When I went to pick up the car after the final visit, there was interior water damage to both A-pillars (I have dated photos the day I dropped it off proving this was not there). When questioned about it, the GM, Mark, said the vehicle had been parked indoors the entire time, which is absolutely impossible given the amount of water damage. Beyond that, the battery that I had replaced this year at Mercedes-Benz NWA was COMPLETELY drained when I arrived, so badly that the car wouldn't do anything at all. It wouldn't even hold a charge, and had to be connected to a charger for a while so I could start it and get it home. My collision systems shot up errors and my infotainment screen was unresponsive, and there were parking brake failures. The ambient lighting was completely rewired which was discovered once I had that repairs. The body shop for some reason had removed the door panels and wired the ambient lighting to itself, so it received no power, which I also have video proof of. There was no reason to do anything to the interior panels at all considering it was a hail repair job. The windshield was incorrectly installed which caused damage to the rain señor for the rain sensing wipers, so that feature is shot completely. An inspection at Mercedes-Benz of NWA shortly after this all happened confirmed the windshield installation problem and the damage it caused, including the leak that caused the A-pillar water damage. The wipers were not re-installed correctly either, and they got caught on each other while on I-49 in pouring rain rendering me blind basically, and the left one came loose and flew off, hitting the vehicle behind me, causing a safety hazard for me and other drivers. I now am facing nearly $5,000 worth of additional damage to the vehicle that was not previously present prior to the Tanksley's repair, not including the $628.38 at Mercedes for just the essentials to make the car drivable and safe to drive (battery and wiper repair/replacement. The quality of this repair was a nightmare, and the only way it could have been worse is if the car had been totaled. The car's value is about $11,000 give or take, and we now have to pay about half it's value out of pocket to fix damage caused by people we thought we could trust. All this for a simple hail repair.

The customer service at Tanksley's has always been known to be impeccable....under the original ownership. We've used Tanksley's for 3 generations with countless vehicles and have never had an issue, UNTIL the new ownership took over. I have never in my life experienced such a level of miscommunication, both intentional and due to incompetence, and an unbelievable level of disrespect. There were unauthorized aftermarket parts ordered that had to be sent back, and never a clear timeline, ETA, or answers about anything, and I rarely heard from them without having to call them. Overall it was the worst customer service experience of my life. They assume that the people they deal with don't know a whole lot about to car industry, but they maybe should consider that some customers know their cars like the back of their hand, and have made the car industry their life. So much of what I was told I saw right through. That's when I was introduced to Mark, the General Manager. He was going to "make things rights" and make the car "showroom quality." Mark was never meant to make anything right, he was meant to bully me into submission to get through the repairs, an attitude that was made explicitly clear during our first few interactions. The way I was spoken down to by the Mark is unacceptable despite us going out of our way to give them an undeserved third chance to take care of our two vehicles that were brought in. The first, our 2015 BMW X5, went in for hail and collision repairs. We got it back after well over a month with unfinished hail work, poorly buffed paint, and the collision damage was completely untouched. They begged us to give them a second chance on my car, 2015 Mercedes C300, which needed hail repair. We agreed because of our loyalty to the shop. I received it back covered in new damage, unfinished hail repair (the hood was an exception because they were waiting on the new one to come in). Again, they begged to make it right. At this point, they had the check and had likely cashed it, so what choice did I have? The two visits amounted to a couple months roughly, and my car was absolutely trashed in the end. I was intimidated around back in the passenger seat of my own vehicle, and then labeled as erratic and "crazy" because of a neurological impairment that causes tremors in extreme stress, and I was denied the keys to my own further damaged vehicle. It took police intervention before I was given my keys and let off the property. Please do yourself and your car a favor, DO NOT EVER go to this body shop, regardless of how simple the repairs.

Supply chain issues extended the completion of my car, but that wasn't their fault. As long as I kept calling, they were very helpful. Friendly office staff. Proactive communication could really enhance the experience. The car looks great.

I would give you a 10 but the wait you encountered for parts was so flustering.
