Friendly in person, but I never received a call after dropping off a truck until nearly 3 weeks later when it was finished. I called to check on the progress the 2nd week and again the 3rd week. When I dropped it off, I asked if of they had a guess as far as timeframe goes and I was told they'd give me a call once they fully assessed the damages, but I never got the call.
