Great work to replace the front bumper of my car. The second time they have done great work on my cars following accidents. People are kind and nice, and are easy to work with. The only negative comment I have is that I had to call to get all updates on my car, not them calling me to tell update me.

Even though I gave a 6 for communication this shop is 100% the best at repairs and painting in NW Arkansas.

Tanksley is a great place to have your vehicle repaired and painted. I would've gave them a 10, but I was told 3 different stories from 3 different people why my car wasn't completed as promised. And I do understand the weather played a small part in some of the delay, The problems I encountered was having a scheduled appointment, bringing my car in on the morning of the repair and receiving updated texts that the repair was inprogress and in reality, my car wasn't even worked on. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready to pick up and it wasn't even painted. Supposed to be finished by the beginning of the following week. Called the following week and again it wasn't assembled yet because of the weather. Called later in the week and said it needed to be painted. Anyway the car was finally finished, I picked it up before they closed for the weekend and it looks great. My only suggestion.. they need 1 person to give real time updates on the repairs.
