The workmanship of the actual repair was done professionally. Coordinating my rental car and insurance through Tasca was not

I was told that a rental car would be in place for me, upon my arrival to the dealership to drop my car off, I waited for literally one entire hour and no one came to check on me to ensure drop off of my car. I had things I needed to do and couldn't wait around forever so I ubered to the rental car place only to discover they didn't even have a rental car available for me. I then got to spend more money on another Uber to another rental car place and got to call my insurance company in the meantime to coordinate transferring the paperwork over to the new place. Coordinating this activity was difficult and despite best efforts to have everything in place, I got to wait an hour in the garage for no one to come follow up with me then take an Uber to a car rental agency that didn't even have a car for me, spend 20 minutes on the phone with my insurance company and call around myself to now see who was available to have a car for me and then pay for another Uber to get me to that car rental place.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, when I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. The repairs they did brought my truck back to brand new! Highly recommend!

Tim was great from the start, connecting with Allstate for the initial estimate of damages to keeping me apprised of further damages once the damaged parts were removed. As well, he also kept me apprised of the finish date for my car. And he was true to his word. I appreciated his conscientious efforts to complete the repairs in a timely manner and to review all that was done to put my car back together. My car looked fabulous - like knew. Thank you to the entire team for all their great work, it is so very much appreciated! Excellent work!
