What a trying experience to be without my car for almost 3 months. However, I recognize it was through no fault of Gerber but with Nissan. Carlos was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the long process. He was the one who gave me the advice to involve consumer affairs, which is finally what turned things around. I also appreciated that Gerber stepped up to offer me a rental car for a short period of time once the part finally came in while they finished the repair. I was at my wits end by then and this helped me immensely. They also worked well with my insurance company to get things resolved. Thanks Carlos for staying involved and being empathetic with my crazy, never ending situation.

He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
