It took three weeks to repair a scratch on the bumper, an incredibly long time. The difference in paint color is visible after the repair. They billed the insurance company as if it were a Rolls-Royce. When I picked up the car, there were an extra 45 miles on the odometer; they said they were breaking the car in according to protocol. 45 miles??? The passenger seatbelt was heavily stained with a white substance. I had to get the interior professionally cleaned. Terrible. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
