It would be up to them, however most importantly you lost me as a return customer. I gave this dealer multiple chances to keep my business even after I asked to purchase another new vehicle from them, but they insisted I pay 12,500 over window for a 22 Equinox. I ended up going downtown to Mike Anderson Chevy and was received with open arms on a vehicle as it rolled off trailer at the deal I wanted.

Ask Sean in body shop to be sure that engine compartment be rinsed of body shop dust upon its return and was told it would be washed and engine area would be rinsed. Washed yet and work was indeed top shelf. Interior was full of body shop dust and upon dragging my fingers across radio my finger trails left three distinct marks in dust. Although exterior work was impeccable, it was interior clean up was a failure. This wasn’t the first time I used your body shop but results were the same. Last time I brought my previous car back 3 times and they promised by service it would be cleaned but it was never done. It kind of makes the great work now just average.

I would like to see you give rental cars out to customers. My car was just recently had my car in the auto body for repairs. Total cost over $9000. I also had to rent a car for 2 weeks. Costing me over $400 . Just a thought not a complant.
