I would rate it 100, if that was an option. I was kept informed of the process throughout the entire ordeal. My car was spotlessly clean when I picked it up. Everything was completed with care. In addition to the repairs completed from Collision/Body, I had to have the car serviced for tire alignment and testing. Both departments took great care with the work performed.

My experience was great. I worked with Tim the entire time. He was very great at communicating and keeping me up-to-date on the progress of my repairs. Very, very nice and very professional. I picked up my car yesterday. The repairs were perfect, but I was most impressed with how clean my car was given back to me. It was not exactly clean when it got there, but it sure made me smile when I picked it up.

My experience with the dealership service department was smooth and satisfying. They took care of my insurance paper work, as well as providing me with a loaner which accommodate my petite frame. I had the general manager help me to relax and I felt that I can trust them. Great

I was very unfamiliar with the process as someone else was at fault and damaged our car. Dallas helped us through the process, answering any questions I had about how payments worked from the other insurance carrier vs their estimate. In the end, it was a great experience (though we were not happy that the damaged happened in the first place, Tasca really made the process easy. I would recommend them to others

I have been having body work done by Joe Willems for literally decades and he is consistently great and accommodating . My last vehicle that needed extensive bodywork was a Cadillac Escalade and the current one is a Ford Expedition . I did not take them to their respective dealers, but wanted Joe to do the bodywork .

My car, not even 2 months old, 3305 miles on it, was crushed. I called my dealership to see if they had a body shop, and the said no but we refer everyone to Tasca. I dropped off my car and knew it was a great spot. I picked up my car and that sealed the deal. Very happy with the outcome. We also found a new place to take care of our Corevette service needs. Dallas and team are fantastic!
