I have had my car repaired at Moran Collison Shop in the past. My insurance company always offers to take my vehicle to their certified repair shops. First thing I say is no thank you I want my car to be repaired at Moran Collison Shop. Once my vehicle is dropped off at Moran, that's when my peace starts.😌 That's when the magic happens. I get a phone call to inform me if the damage. And the next call telling me that my vehicle is ready for pick-up. And it's like brand new! Also they are a certified repair shop for my insurance company as well.

My vehicle had very little damage done and we waited til all the parts were in to bring the vehicle in and it still took a month to do the repairs. They seemed to be more worried about the mileage I was putting on the loaner than getting my vehicle fixed. Slow service with no communication at all.
