They did a wonderful job taking care of me throughout the repairs and my car is like new. I appreciated having a loaner vehicle to met by while my car was in the shop and they were phenomenal in helping me anyway they could.

We are challenging customers. 9 is a great rating. There was some back-and-forth that could've been crisper, as information about status updates passed through our service manager, other members of the team, insurance, etc. Automated email updates didn't have helpful updates, they were just spam I had to delete. The crew did a magnificent job escalating our concerns and working with our rushed timeline. Everyone at the collision center is super nice. Great customer service
