Disappointed about the door. I left Moran and went to get groceries. When I put groceries and went to close door it didn’t shut completely. Beeper kept hopping ng off.

I need to bring back to Moran. My van door won’t close completely. I want to see a picture before if an area that I don’t think was scratched. I’m wondering iff they used pearl paint.

I just had a discussion about how impressive my experience was with this shop vs a previous experience with the Ford dealership. At this point I can say I will direct my business your way. I also may have some additional work to bring into this shop if they are willing to work an older vehicle.

They were great with keeping me informed and exchanging rental vehicles. However, I have since traded in the car with Moran for another vehicle due to undetermined time for completion. Parts on back order. Not too sure why I am receiving this email.
