The body work is real nice except when they took out or replaced the window. Unfortunately the estimator Mike Paquette was off when I picked up my car and no one went over the car repairswith me they told me my car was somewhere out front. When I got home I took my wife out to show her how good it looked we discovered the scratch and thought it was cracked what disappointment.Fortunately when I brought it back Mike was there and is going to get the problem handled. He was very understanding in my disappointment and apologized for what happened in his absence. Now I have to bring it back for the repairs and be without a car for I don’t know how long. I am very glad I lucked out and got Mike as an estimator on my very first visit

Though it’s unfortunate that I’ve been the recipient of a couple inattentive drivers and I’ve had to get repairs made, I am so thankful for Moran Collision. The people working here are professional, friendly and highly competent. And what a blessing to be offered a free loaner vehicle to drive while my car is being repaired! I will always recommend Moran Collision to friends and family should they need body repairs.
