Horrible experience from the beginning of the repair. Got my truck back and there are features don’t even work anymore. No timeline was given to me about when my truck will be repaired. They kept changing stories about what’s wrong with my truck. One time I called and they said my truck will be done in two weeks, I got so excited that im able to drive my truck again. Two weeks passed and I called again to check on my status, the collision manager said that now we need to replace the whole frame. Collision manager at Taylor Ford is very rude, very unprofessional and did not fix my truck the way it’s supposed to be fixed. I am very disappointed with the collision shop. I will never recommend it to anyone because it was a waste of time. I spent tons of money on a rental because they kept lying to me about the date my truck will be done.

The car seems to have been repaired well but we got no responses when we tried to get any progress updates. AAA actually gave us the only update I'm aware of until the very end.

Initially customer service was very helpful. They helped us get everything setup and processed with AAA. They allowed my son to pickup his badge and other items he had left in the vehicle. After that we didn't hear back until a couple if days before everything was completed.
