I would not recommend going to the repair shop . My father in law had a similar experience , told me not to go to Taylor ford . I didn’t listen and it was the exact experience he described.

Aside from Kathy in the office , the whole experience was awful . 2 months without vehicle and I have to bring it back due to repair making noise . My paint looks awful , very disappointing.

The staff, are exceptional, very professional courteous.. although the technician did not complete my vehicle as he said it was done, the lady that I dealt with was on it and she handled it and made things right. It was a delight to deal with her and I am very grateful I brought my vehicle to your dealership to have the repairs done

The technician, that originally worked on my vehicle I rate him at a ( 5 ). HE DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND SAID IT WAS DONE WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP THE TRIM PIECES ON THE WINDSHIELD AND DOWN THE ROOF WERE NOT ON THERE HE LEFT THE ONES THAT WERE BROKEN IN PLACE. Told me to bring car in a Monday by Friday they hadn't even looked at it. Paid $350 in car rental for that week for nothing Then kept it for 2 more weeks. All in all $1000 in rental. I know there are staff shortages.
