Took over 3 months to get my truck repaired. Original was told 2-3 weeks. I had to pay over 3k in rental car fees. Still need to bring the truck back into look at the sensors are not working properly on the reverse system.

I love the fact that Jim and Catherine at the body shop treated me very well and was very impressed by their knowledge meant sincerely and taken care of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle and for that I think them and I am very satisfied with how my vehicle turned out love talking to Angela and the cash lady in the body shop claims area thank you all so much God bless and be safe!!!

Not entirely happy with some of things done with my vehicle. It took 3 full months to get my vehicle back, my backup camera guidelines are no longer there, all my tires read 24psi & that's just what I've noticed so far. Today is only my 2nd day driving my vehicle since I picked it up & already these issues have arisen after not having it for 3 months. Ridiculous!

Fender misaligned, rocker panel misaligned, paint has imperfections. Mustang door light up panel is bent, inside of door is scraped and scratched, vibrations coming from driver side, driver mirror is scraped and scratched.

Additional work was recommended based on the fact that the tire was low at pick up. A patch could fix the problem temporarily. A month before when it was serviced there was no mention of muffler nor tire.
